PREREQUISITES: Must have attended (1) of the following before training begings Way of Presence, Way of Confidence, Soulful Summer Sit or MCT Training OR approved equivalent experience Must have attended (5) Dallas Movement Collective events OR an approved equivalent WHO THIS IS FOR: This training is for aspiring leaders, facilitators, and changemakers ready to bring their voice, message, and presence to the world with greater authenticity and impact. Through hands-on coaching in public speaking, embodiment practices, mindfulness and vocal expression, you’ll cultivate a fully aligned way of leading that integrates mind, heart, body, voice, and spirit. It’s for you if you are: A current, or aspiring, educator, space-holder, instructor, therapist, facilitator, or public speaker wanting to deepen your capacity to lead. Someone who feels the call to authentically take the mic and step into their voice + visibility with courage. A changemaker or visionary longing to share your message with clarity and confidence. A human who understands leadership as service, not status, and wants to embody that more fully. Working with teams, organizations, or modalities where group process, presence, and relational skills are essential. Interested in building and tending community, whether in workspaces, classrooms, studios, or your own created containers. Interested in learning the secrets of filling a room through heart-centered messaging and marketing. Drawn to facilitating Dallas Movement Collective circles or other spaces of collective practice. Seeking tools and guidance that are applicable across contexts, from corporate boardrooms and nonprofits to yoga classes, online communities, and public stages. This training is not a fit if you are: Approaching leadership as power over rather than power with. Unwilling to receive direct feedback or challenging truths, or if you’re not ready to face your inner people-pleaser.
